Meet the Mind Behind the Madness

Noah Mallory is a thriller author whose gripping tales of suspense and redemption are born from a life of raw adventure and unyielding resilience. Born in 1999 in Sonora, California, and raised in the untamed wilds of Susanville, Noah grew up on an off-grid mountain homestead his family carved from the wilderness. In an 800-square-foot cabin they built by hand, he was homeschooled alongside his nine siblings by his mother, Alissa, amid a lively menagerie of goats, chickens, sheep, donkeys, and dogs. Life's essentials—power from generators, water lugged from mountain creeks—fueled a childhood of boundless exploration, forging the vivid imagination that now powers his storytelling.

The Killer’s Christmas Game

Murder. Mystery. A holiday you’ll never forget.

“The game is simple: I am going to kill a girl each night at midnight until the night of Christmas Eve. You are going to try to stop me—if you fail three times, I’m going to slaughter your beloved Abigail. As the night fades into Christmas morning, I’m going to snap her neck.”

Twenty years after narrowly escaping his family’s gruesome Christmas Eve murder, Alex Thompson has come home. But when the murders begin again and the girl he loves goes missing, Alex is thrust into a race against time and a battle of wits with a killer who seems to know his every move.

A Different Pen. The Same Bloodline

Mathias Mallory was born on February 14, 2010, in Sonora, California. He spent the first two years of his life surrounded by the beauty of the Sierra Nevada foothills. When economic challenges and the collapse of his father’s business struck, his family relocated to the mountains near Susanville, California, where they lived off-grid and he was homeschooled.

Those ten years deeply shaped his perspective. Though life on the mountain was rugged, he was a young child who found wonder rather than struggle in those experiences. In 2020, the Sheep Fire claimed their mountain home, and his family eventually relocated to another spot in Susanville, California. It was there, in the midst of rebuilding and rediscovering stability, that Mathias wrote his first book, Crisis. Writing became his way of reflecting on the resilience, change, and hope that have defined his life’s journey so far.
